We carry out real-time performance monitoring, regular inspections and preventive and corrective maintenance, carried out by highly qualified technicians. This ensures that your installation is always functioning at its best.
Additionally, we offer dedicated customer support, detailed O&M reporting and tracking of key performance indicators (KPI) to identify areas for improvement and potential weaknesses. We also manage warranties, handle complaints and replace parts when necessary.
Our operation and maintenance service contracts are flexible and can be adapted to the specific needs of each client, covering all or some of the O&M options available. Additionally, for your convenience, the first year of O&M is included in the initial cost of your system.
